Domestic orders with standard shipping: order by 12pm PST December 6th
International orders: order by 12pm PST November 16th
Holiday delivery cannot be guaranteed for any order. We recommend you order at least 3 weeks in advance of any important date.
Pre-order items will delay the shipment of all items in your order. Standard items ordered with pre-ordered items will ship together.
The period between November 24th - January 2nd includes various holidays, and busy periods where both USPS and the Pony Club warehouse may experience delays. During our busy period, please allow an additional 5 business days for order processing, and an additional 4 days for USPS deliveries.
